Each partner agrees to our partner standards, including serving every couple warmly and equally — LGBTQ+ couples, interfaith couples, every family. That commitment is the heart of the program.
A short list, kept short
We cap how many partners we accept in each category in each city, so our directory stays a genuine shortlist rather than an endless ad wall.
Renewed every year
Membership lasts one year. Partners renew annually, and lapsed listings come out of the directory — the badge always reflects a current relationship.
Who is Shared Beginning?
Shared Beginning is a wedding planning platform built by a married couple who wanted planning to feel joyful for everyone. Couples get a beautiful wedding website, guest list and RSVP management, seating, travel plans, photo sharing, and more — free to start, with one-time pricing instead of subscriptions.
The Trusted Partner directory is part of that: a members-only shortlist of vendors we'd point our own friends to, available to couples right inside their planning dashboard.
